implementation system (as it relates to multi-owner residential buildings) in the first year as
a Government?

address the cost of insurance, the failing market and review the insurance obligations under
the Unit Titles Act 2010 to provide options for owners in unit title buildings in the first year
as a Government?
Will you commit to responding to Inner City Wellington on the outcome by 28 February
2024?
