From the Council website
Our Long-term Plan (LTP) for 2021–31 has an ambitious work programme for the next 10 years focusing on
fixing the city’s aging infrastructure, response to climate change, minimising sewage sludge and waste, and cycleway networks.
The proposed 2022/23 Annual Plan sets out what has changed in the last year and provides you with an opportunity to give us feedback on the changes.

How to provide feedback
Review the consultation document, and have your say on the proposed plan by:
(a)Filling in the online feedback form - click on the "provide your feedback" button below; or
(b) Download the feedback form complete it and email to AnnualPlan@wcc.govt.nz or
(c) Visit a library or Council Contact Centre and complete a feedback form and
leave it the Annual Plan feedback box or
(d) Freepost your feedback form to Wellington City Council.
