Wellington and Hawke’s Bay were the only regions to see no change in median weekly rent last month when compared with the same month last year….
… Trade Me Property Sales Director Gavin Lloyd said the Capital saw the second largest jump (of rental stock), with supply spiking 49 per cent in the Wellington region. “More options for renters are reflected in the region’s stagnant rent prices.”
