Our Seismic Update
As part of our focus on the impact of earthquake-strengthening costs and regulations on our community, ICW and the Body Corporate Chairs’ Group hosted a meeting last year with Wellington Central candidates Grant Robertson, Nicola Willis, James Shaw. We asked questions about three key issues affecting many of our residents: the impact of seismic strengthening compliance burdens on apartment owners, unaffordable insurance premiums for apartment buildings, and the need for reform of the Unit Titles Act 2010.
