What is it all about?
Local Food Week is a festival celebrating Wellington’s local food scene and the community  that flourishes when we grow, cook and eat together. It runs from 1-9 March. 

On Saturday lst March, you’ll be able to

  • talk to folks who know how to grow things!

  • take away free seeds and cuttings that you can grow

  • enjoy food the amazing Seeds to Feeds community has helped to grow

  • get ideas of things you could grow – even if you live in a tiny little apartment

  • and talk to some of the locals who are growing things in the inner-city.
