Regional Waste Management and Minimisation Plan
On 31 July, we launched a consultation on how we minimise and manage waste as the greater Wellington region.

The Wellington Region Waste Minimisation and Management Plan sets the direction, and within it has the Wellington City Council's Local Action Plan, which details all the things we want to do as a Council to reduce waste, and to help you reduce waste, too.
