New Community Orchard opens !
Not everyone knows about this grassy area in the inner-city. Kumutoto Field has its entrance next to 214 The Terrace and is an open grassy area with the Kumutoto native forest behind it and the Kumutoto stream bubbling through it.
And now it has a Kumutoto Community Orchard - which was blessed and its first planting celebrated on Monday 19 July.
