You are invited! ... four more things to be part in Aotearoa Neighbours month!
From WCC Community Services team
TE ARO EATS
First, this coming Saturday-Sunday 25-26 March, we have Te Aro Eats – Uniting Kai Communities, at Cuba Dupa, put on by all of the community kai organisations here in the Central City. This is a long-table meal with multiple sittings throughout the day that will be held on Dixon St in front of Te Auaha and 60 Dixon St.
______________
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD JAM
Second, on Wednesday 29 March, we have The Neighbourhood Jam at BGI at 3 MacDonald Crescent. This will be a fun night for neighbours to share stories, music, instruments, and kai from all over the world. Everyone is welcome.
______________
EASTER POTLUCK DINNER
Third, on Wednesday 5 April, we have the Te Pokapū Hapori Community Centre Easter Potluck Dinner for Te Aro Residents. This will be held at 105 Manners St and we’d love residents to come share kai and kōrero with fellow Te Aro Neighbours.
______________
THE ARO FAIR
While not specifically a Neighbours Aotearoa Event, on Saturday 1 April, The Aro Fair is also coming up and is a great family and community event just on the edge of the Central City. It’s always a good time, and there’s usually a nice mix of local bands and good food available.
