Something to know - roadworks on the Quays from 8 Feb for 2 weeks

We have been asked by WCC to resurface Customhouse Quay between Jervois Quay and Waterloo Quay.

We will eventually be doing all 6 active lanes and parking areas, starting on the northbound carriageway.

  • This work is due to start on WEDNESDAY 8th FEBRUARY.

There is a big area to cover, so we will be on site for the best part of 2 weeks, hopefully finishing in the early hours of Friday 24th Feb. However, I’ll keep you updated throughout the process. 

  • Our crew will be setting up from 6pm each shift but the site will be active from 7:30pm. We’ll then be working through until 5am when the crew will remove all the signage etc to make the road fully open for the day ahead.

No work will be taking place on Friday or Saturday nights
