Survey: Only 12 per cent satisfaction with WCC decision making

A survey carried out for the Wellington City Council shows that residents’ satisfaction with the way the council makes decision has fallen to only 12 per cent. A total of 52 per cent of those surveyed said they were dissatisfied with the way the council makes its decisions.

Two years ago 30 per cent were satisfied and 31 per cent were dissatisfied.
