A major focus for ICW has been advocating on behalf of apartment owners about earthquake-prone legislation. Our recent submission to Government reflected issues we had identified from our research into the earthquake-prone buildings legislation (specifically, relating to owners in multi-owner residential buildings) and how these impact on governance arrangements and long-term maintenance plans.
